He was born in a religious family in Rahnan city of Isfahan. His date of birth is: 1962.
He spent the course of primary and guidance school in his birthplace and the secondary education at the martyr ‘seddeeqi’ high school that is Located on the city center of Isfahan.
Education:
He registered at religious school of Isfahan – Tholfaqar school – in 1982 and he educated there different studies even the high level (Kharej course for one year). He married in 1985. Then he entered the scientific and religious school of Qom (Hawzah) in 1990 and he took part in great jurisprudent’s lesson: Fazel Lankarani, Makarem Sheerazi, Ma’rifat, Salehi Mazandarani and Wahid Khorasani.
He defended successfully of his religious jurisprudence thesis in Hawzah and synchronously he graduated from specialty course of Tafsir (Quranic Interpretation) in Hawzah and Ph.D of Hadith and Quranic sciences at inquiry sector of Islamic free university

Scientific activities:
1. Being a member of scientific staff of Al-Mustafa international university and teaching exegeses and Quranic sciences in seminaries and universities.
2. Writing more than 50 books and 60 articles as it will be enlisted in the below, some of them in national and international levels has achieved positions and have been printed in internal and foreign scientific journals.
3. Writing and publicizing of the first collective translation of the holy Quran with the contribution of some masters from seminary and university in the year of 1384. It was the output of one thousand hours of scientific work and six hundred aggregative sessions held in this regard. Moreover, it was warmly received by the scientific circles.
4. Establishment of the first scientific Quranic research guilt encompassing the seminary and universities’ contribution.
5. Carrying out a series of televised program such as: (114 programs introducing 114 chapters of the holy Quran alongside the exegesis of the chapters of Luqman, Joseph, Hadid and etc. launching a series of programs for Radio continuing for four years under the theme of Shamimi Rahmat. Having Q&A programs in Radio Maaref of Qom for two years beside some discussions on inter-subject ground of Quran and sciences that is still continuing. Launching all these programs ended to winning the title of a superior preacher in IRIB in the year 1386 for Dr. Rezaie.
6. Initiating the first Quranic research center in the country that possesses the necessary standards for registration in ministry of sciences in the year 1383. This center being entitled as “Al-mahdi Quranic research center” took its initiative steps with the contribution of nine professors from seminary and university divided in to two groups of “Quran and Science” and “Quran and Orientalists”. This center within the three years of its activity has published more than 50 books and journals. An exclusive unit has also been set up to respond to the particular problems and questions of the students for its professors and religious students. This center was picked up as a chosen center from Ahli Qalam conference.
7. Planning for M.A. level for Quranic sciences and Hadith in Al-Mustafa international university. It was designed in a new form then eventually was approved by ministry of sciences and is still running. In the process of planning for mastery of the aforementioned discipline, it was divided to other three disciplines such as “exegesis and Quranic sciences”, “Hadith sciences”, “sciences and skills of recitation”. All these disciplines got their approval from ministry of sciences. Moreover, planning and pioneering some new disciplines in PHD level. For instance, “comparative exegesis”, “comparative Hadith sciences”, “Quran and orientalists” and “Quran and sciences” with other ten tendencies, found their formal approval from ministry side. But the last three of them are in the course of execution.
8. Paying attention to inter-subject ground of Quran and sciences:
a. Keeping an assiduous scientific effort for more than one decade (1374-1387) to change inter-subject studies to a scientific course.
b. Writing many books (including an inquiry in scientific miraculousness of Quran) and a great deal of articles in this regard.
c. Setting up Quranic sciences in PHD level in Al-Mustafa international university with tens of tendencies (Economics, educative sciences, politics, management, sociology, psychology, history, hygienic and health, astronomy, and law) all these disciplines after their approval are applied and some of the universities are in the process of planning for these disciplines.
d. Establishment of a researching group of Quran and sciences in Al-mahdi Quranic research center that has been authorized by ministry of sciences.
e. Maintaining the endeavors for setting up more than ten sets for inter-subject disciplines of Quran and sciences in the form of encyclopedia of Quran printed by research center for culture and Islamic thought.
f. Commencement of a particular unit in Al-Mahdi Quranic research center for responding the related questions of Quran and sciences that 12 volumes of such Q&A have been publicized yet.
g. Including the lessons of “Quran and human sciences” and “Hadith and human sciences” in the midst of lessons of M.A in different courses of learning Quran.
h. Launching the scientific journal of “Quran and sciences” in the year 1387.
i. Supervision and guidance of a project called “scientific exegesis of Quran” pertaining to Mashhad Quranic research foundation.
j. Propounding the issue of “scientific theorizations of Quran” and settling a scientific conference in this regard in the year (1385). It could play a vital role in making the background of a theoretical development ready in inter-subject grounds of Quran and sciences. Eventually, it would create an evolution in the foundations and bases of experimental knowledge in general and in human sciences in particular; that will be ended to producing new knowledge in the course of human prosperity. The most significant outgrowth of this revolution is that in accordance to Quranic instructions we are able to produce human sciences with the divine approach and can rescue the human from the dispute of contradiction between science and religion and secular humanist sciences. It is predicted as (the most important predicted challenge of 21th century).
9. Setting up the scientific journal of (Quranic researches of orientalists) or (Quran and orientalists) that has started since 1386 to defend from the holy Quran against some of the orientalists’ invasion.
10. Being a member of the aforementioned journals of “Quran and sciences” and “Quran and orientalists” also in the journals called “waiting for expected Imam”, “the output of Quran” and “a compilation of researches on sciences and Quranic learning’s”.
11. Starting up Al-Mahdi Quranic research center’s website from 1385 on in the following address: www.quransc.com.
12. Producing a great amount of CDs in the field of exegetical issues, questions and answers,
Pioneering courses of “training of teachers”, “training of researchers for exegesis and Quranic sciences” in Qom (on 1386) that were applied with the contribution of the guilt of researching the holy Quran and other various centers. Up till now from these types of courses are held twice.
